Wednesday. And yes, it’s diarrhea day. It’s usually right around the middle of the week when the weekend splurge of dumpster-diving and parental indulgence starts to catch up with our furred family members.
I mean, how can you resist this face? I can’t. Sophie Sue gets spoiled beyond belief so that diarrhea is a weekly (usually one-time) occurrence. I can’t help myself
Food is love (you’ve heard me say that before and you’ll hear me say it again). When the expression of our love for our grateful companions takes the form of food it’s often a recipe for a diarrhea disaster.
And do you know what the worst part is? We, as responsible, knowledgeable parents know our babies` bellies and can see the diarrhea in our sweeties` future. Yet we indulge them. And then I see the worst offenders round about mid-week when the bacteria in those intestines really start to wreak havoc.
Even veterinarians are not immune to the hypnotic influence of those eyes.
Sophie! Does my sweet little girl want a pastelito?
